Finding my Account Details/ Login infomation.
Do I have an account on the RS Sailing Store?
If you have bought anything from us before online or over the phone (boats included), the chances are you’ll have an account which is linked by your email address.
But what is my password?
Enter you email address into Recover Your Password page (Consider old one and work email addresses too, these can be changed at a later date.), now click ‘Reset Password’ you should then receive an email from us linking to a reset page. Make sure you checked your junk email folder if you haven’t received it after 10 mins.
It says my email(s) are not recognised, what’s next?
No problem, simply fill out the Registration Page it will only take a minute and then you are set!
